About The Position

The Aircraft Technician I will be responsible for performing complex maintenance procedures on aircraft, documenting all work accomplished on company forms and reports according to the GOM and maintenance manuals. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work under tight time constraints and deadlines, and a high tolerance for stress. The technician will also complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

General Aviation Jets experience required (5 years)
Troubleshooting experience required (1-2 years).
Possess sound analytical skills and high stress tolerance.
Demonstrate ability to work within team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and timely communications.
Must possess a valid Airframe & Power Plant License
Prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
Able to travel freely and without restrictions inside/outside the United States.
Capable of obtaining and maintaining Airport Access Badges as required
Must have own tools.

Nice To Haves

Learjet 35/45 experience preferred (1-2 years).
Part 135 or Part 145 experience preferred.
Avionics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
