To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as an Aircraft Records Clerk in our Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for accurate and complete computer entries of maintenance actions and for filing all maintenance records. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and previous experience with aircraft records and aviation terminology. This position reports to the Aircraft Maintenance Records Supervisor.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience with aircraft records
- Knowledge of aviation terminology
- Clear driving record
- 10-year Criminal History Records Check
- Drug screen as required
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Minimum 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Experience with aircraft records software
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and complete computer entries of maintenance actions
- File all maintenance records
- Scan, index, and audit records downloaded into records software
- Ensure the Major Component Auditor receives necessary documentation related to the repair and replacing of any engine
- Maintain and control issued Identification Stamp in accordance with Company guidelines
