About The Position

This position serves as a member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records. The role involves learning and understanding department policies and procedures, processing and reviewing maintenance records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepant records, and ensuring timely data migration into the AirVault system. The analyst will also collaborate with various internal groups, act as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries, research and resolve unmatched aircraft data, and manage document distribution and retention according to AA and FAA policy. Key tasks include reconciliation of aircraft log pages and indexing/publishing documents within the AirVault system. Other assignments and projects may be directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
  • Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system.
  • Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries.
  • Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.
  • Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy.
  • Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages.
  • Review documents that have been received into the AirVault system then index and publish documents into their proper location within the system.
  • Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager.
