The Aircraft Quality Inspector performs the inspection and test of materials, parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. This role involves interpreting technical data, evaluating maintenance actions, and ensuring compliance with technical instructions and related directives to guarantee safe and reliable aircraft, components, and equipment. The inspector will also review technical publications, directives, and reports, and collaborate with various personnel to resolve work-related issues. Additionally, the role requires inspecting and certifying mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, electrical, and pneumatic aviation components, as well as reviewing maintenance source documents and records for compliance with procedures, guidance, and specifications. The inspector will implement and enforce quality policies and procedures aligned with ISO 9001/AS9110, Ground Operating Procedures, and the Repair Station Quality Control Manual.
