RAVN Aerospace's Maintenance Department supports the safety, airworthiness, reliability, and operational readiness of the company’s aircraft fleet. The department performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and component replacement in support of flight operations and mission requirements. The Aircraft Mechanic – Avionics performs inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, installation, and operational testing of aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic systems. This position supports scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and works closely with maintenance and flight operations personnel to identify and correct discrepancies while maintaining aircraft availability and mission readiness. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and avionics troubleshooting skills, experience interpreting aircraft wiring diagrams and technical publications, and the ability to safely perform maintenance in a fast-paced military or tactical aviation environment.
