About The Position

This role supports the aviation maintenance function by performing inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance to ensure the safety, reliability, and readiness of our aircraft fleet. Working closely with the Chief of Maintenance, the Aircraft Mechanic maintains cabin-class turbine aircraft to FAA and manufacturer standards, ensuring all work is properly documented and compliant. In addition to aircraft maintenance, this role supports flight readiness and overall aviation operations, including aircraft preparation, passenger support, and upkeep of ground equipment and facilities. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining cabin-class turbine powered business aircraft
  • No record of maintenance errors resulting in an FAA certificate action

Nice To Haves

  • Inspection Authorization (IA)
  • Experience with Citation Jets, particularly Models 680 and 680A

Responsibilities

  • Assists in providing passenger support services
  • Performs aircraft inspections and repairs in conformance with FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements
  • Ensures all repairs, maintenance, and inspections are properly documented, including completion of company and regulatory forms, records, and reports
  • Maintains aircraft in airworthy condition to support safe and timely completion of company flight schedules
  • Assists in the maintenance of ground equipment and aviation buildings
  • Supports aircraft preparation for assigned flights, ensuring equipment is ready, fueled, and properly positioned
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
