About The Position

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals. Your work directly supports our mission to provide safe and efficient air travel while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
  • Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
  • Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.
  • Ability to operate forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.
  • Ability to taxi and engine run an airplane.
  • Must procure own tool set.
  • Current and valid Driver’s license required.
  • Current and valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate required.
  • Ability to operate in time critical situation with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Experience working with AMM, IPC, FIM, etc. for troubleshooting references.

Responsibilities

  • Performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals.
  • Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to ensure all systems are fully operational before takeoff.
  • Performing detailed post-flight evaluations to identify and address any issues or wear that may have occurred.
  • Documenting all maintenance activities—whether scheduled or unscheduled—in Traxxall and properly signing off in aircraft logbooks, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the hangar.
