Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT) are FAA certificated Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technicians who perform direct maintenance in accordance with the company’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP). AMT’s report to the Director of Maintenance or his subordinate. AMTs at Aero work a 10-hour, 4-day work schedule, and while shifts may vary during training, this position will eventually cover our second shift.
