About The Position
Sparta Networking is supporting a leading commercial airline in the hiring of an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee line and/or hangar maintenance operations in Denver, Colorado. This leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting aircraft return-to-service in a fast-paced airline environment.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – Required
- Minimum 5+ years commercial aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programs
- Experience in line or heavy maintenance environments
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnel
- Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Review and approve maintenance documentation
- Support return-to-service decisions
- Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations
- Promote safety, quality, and on-time performance
