About The Position

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated and reliable Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor for its Maintenance Department. This role is primarily responsible for managing manpower, workloads, parts, tools, and supplies for daily operations. The supervisor will oversee maintenance staff in aircraft repair, inspection, alteration, and modification. The ideal candidate will possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and have at least one year of experience as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. This position reports to the Manager, Aircraft Heavy Maintenance.

Requirements

Possess FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses and company-issued licenses
Two (2) years of experience in the maintenance of large aircraft, one (1) year of which as an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic
Ability to evaluate, praise, and provide accountability to team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the appropriate parts of the Maintenance Policies and Procedures Manual, including applicable provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs)
Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
10-year Criminal History Records Check
Drug screen
Proof of high school or GED completion
Minimum 18 years of age
