Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with ramp and hub on number of containers for each aircraft, capacity concerns, and payload limitations.
• Notify flight crew for weight and balance concerns / non-operational control information (jump seat issues, catering, ground equipment availability) concerning the flight.
• Verify fuel load received and fulfilled with Aviation Services.
• Communicate with other gateways regarding inbound flight information, verify cargo restraints restrictions are followed, maintain forms, validate manifests, file paperwork according to mandated retention requirements, answer phones.
• These are all tasks which have also been done historically by management employees.
