Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking to provide students of Boeing Manufacturing Accelerated Careers certified courses with the opportunity to join our 787 production teams working as an Aircraft Assembly Production Test Mechanic to support the 787-production system in North Charleston, South Carolina on a variable shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing assembly environment. Team members will leverage their prior experience, along with the knowledge gained through foundational training and certifications, to complete daily assigned tasks safely and with quality. Individuals will be responsible for identifying their work locations on advanced airplanes, parts, and tooling by interpreting intricate drawings to accurately complete detailed work instructions. Attention to detail and procedure compliance is critical to identify all necessary hand tools, parts, and equipment required to ensure defect-free work. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
