This position is responsible for performing interior and exterior cleaning of assigned aircraft, including washing, detailing, cabin servicing, and condition reporting. The incumbent ensures that aircraft are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition in accordance with company standards and operational requirements. The role requires the safe and proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within established timelines. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite of products including Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must also have a basic understanding of similar soft wares
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operational needs require.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and operating manuals applicable to the work.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials and clearances, as applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior aircraft cleaning, detailing, or comparable aviation support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, lavatories, galleys, seats, tray tables, windows, overhead compartments, and other high-touch surfaces, using approved procedures and materials.
  • Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, and maintain carpets, flooring, and upholstery using designated equipment and products.
  • Remove trash and debris and replenish designated cabin and service items as required.
  • Perform exterior washing and detailing support, including cleaning windows and aircraft surfaces in accordance with approved methods.
  • Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or other discrepancies and report findings to the appropriate supervisor or department.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and in compliance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members and other operational personnel to complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes.
  • Complete required task documentation, report supply or inventory needs, and participate in recurrent training as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and passenger information.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
