About The Position

Together, over 6,500 dedicated professionals will deliver over 1 billion gallons of propane from 1,800+ distribution points across the United States. Under the direction of the Regional Logistics Manager, the incumbent will travel throughout the United States to manage various S&L terminals. The airborne terminal operator will provide support to maintain and track terminal inventory accuracy; unload propane rail cars; oversee loading of trucks; perform maintenance and repairs in the terminal while operating a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Computer experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Self-driving and capable of performing all tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, customer service skills.
  • Proficient in procedural writing.
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of oil & gas experience with an emphasis in propane industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred propane rail car and truck experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take daily temperature, pressure and liquid level readings of the storage tanks and record.
  • Complete a daily inventory report using Microsoft Excel.
  • Complete beginning & end of day terminal situation reports.
  • Complete a month end inventory report using Microsoft Excel.
  • Spot and unload propane rail cars and be able to load rail cars if applicable.
  • Capable of operating transloader equipment.
  • Oversee the loading of LPG trucks and be able to unload LPG trucks.
  • Complete rail car and truck paperwork.
  • Perform facility and equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in achieving the terminal operations expense goals.
  • Coordinate with peers on annual reviews of polices & procedures.
  • Perform monthly G/L review of all terminals.
  • Assist in managing terminal projects.
  • Assist in managing terminal PSM regulations.
  • Support terminal regulatory audits.
  • Train the trainer.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by terminal management team.
