About The Position

BAE Systems’ Navigation and Sensor Systems (NSS) is a global leader in GPS receiver, anti-jam, and navigation technologies for military and commercial markets. The NSS site in Cedar Rapids houses a state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility supporting high volume production for a complete range of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) solutions. The Airborne Navigation Director II will own the end-to-end strategy, development, delivery, and profitability of BAE Systems’ airborne navigation product line, which includes GPS embedded modules, anti-jam solutions, and airworthiness certified solutions. This role is responsible for driving growth, fostering innovation across the portfolio, and ensuring the successful integration of solutions on various military, UAS, and aircraft platforms. The position involves leading a team of program managers and collaborating with a cross-functional organization of over 900 people.

  • Holds or ability to gain a Secret clearance required, Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, development, delivery, and profitability of BAE Systems’ airborne navigation product line.
