ABOUT THE JOB WHY WE'RE HERE: We are hiring a Systems Verification Lead to support production of a Group 5 autonomous aircraft. The Systems Verification Lead is the technical authority for hardware verification strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle — from design verification testing (DVT) through environmental qualification, production acceptance, and ground & flight test. This role is accountable for demonstrating that all hardware meets system-level requirements and technical performance metrics (TPMs) before fielding, and for ensuring that verification activities are planned, executed, and documented in accordance with the program Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP). This hire will work across disciplines (structures, avionics, propulsion, thermal, EE), directly interfacing with suppliers, test labs, integration teams, configuration management, manufacturing, and the customer, and will be responsible for driving verification maturity from development through manufacturing readiness.

  • Experience with SEMP development or execution, including verification planning aligned to technical review gates
  • Experience defining and tracking technical performance metrics for verification programs
  • Demonstrated experience planning and leading Test Readiness Reviews
  • Working knowledge of configuration management processes (FCA/PCA, as-built records, ECP effectivity) as they apply to test article control
