About The Position

As an Air Vehicle Engineer, you will support the development, integration, and testing of air vehicles. This role involves reviewing and developing documentation for system safety review boards, analyzing specifications, designs, and technical data related to air vehicles, control surfaces, control laws, propulsion systems, and stores. You will also edit and review detailed test plans and results from system testing, review technical requirements, designs, and implementations of aircraft subsystems, and coordinate with aircraft and payload developers, test personnel, and safety boards on system testing to ensure successful delivery of capabilities. Additionally, you will review technical packages to support verification of requirements.

Requirements

12+ years' experience of relevant Department of War program experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least 1 year within the last 5 years
Ability to work on high-visibility, mission-critical aspects of a program and perform all functional duties independently
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing concisely and with technical accuracy
Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action

Responsibilities
