Admin is responsible for monitoring and reporting 1DA operational flight information. Must be able to focus on and complete assigned tasks under stressful conditions. Must accomplish multiple tasks in time critical situations. Admin will communicate regularly with Contingency, Load Planning, Ramp, Hub, OPC, Fueling and Staff personnel. Responsible for completing and sending daily operational reports. Fast paced office environment with high call volume and numerous time sensitive responsibilities.

Requirements

Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, access)
Great attendance is required
Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Ability to communicate effectively and to confront conflict in a positive way when it arises
Must be able to pass Drug Screening for FAA Load Planner requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

Responsibilities

Monitoring and reporting 1DA operational flight information
