About The Position

Responsible for systems support ensuring successful order processing. Collaborates with development teams for management of support tickets and development of new features. Essential Functions Creates test plans and lead system testing. Leverage technical writing skills to develop user stories and requirements documentation. Proficiency and application of Agile development standards/practices will be required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School/GED diploma required.
  • One year FedEx Express Air Expedite, or equivalent Logistics, Technical, Development experience required.
  • Must be able to successfully complete/pass FedEx Express Air Expedite Temperature Control training program, FedEx QDM Practitioner training and any applicable recurrent training.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously with ability to manage workloads across multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience improving IT system user experience and interface usability.
  • Skilled in developing user-centered workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and recommend UX/UI enhancements.
  • Proven collaboration with IT teams to plan, test, and validate system releases.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage independent work and meet firm deadlines.
