The Air Quality Specialist / Engineer is responsible for preparing and submitting air quality permit applications for Teichert Materials stationary and portable equipment operations across California and western Nevada. The primary focus of this role is permitting: compiling emissions data for reporting, quantifying source emissions, preparing Authority to Construct (ATC) and Permit to Operate (PTO) applications, and managing them through district review to issuance. This role serves as the company's technical resource for New Source Review, Best Available Control Technology (BACT) and toxics evaluations, CARB portable equipment (PERP) registration, and coordination with local air districts, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), and Northern Nevada Public Health. The Air Quality Specialist / Engineer supports facility- and equipment-level compliance, tracks permit conditions and renewal deadlines, and drives regulatory readiness and risk mitigation across the Teichert Family of Companies.
