About The Position

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Air Mobility Division Scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. Responsibilities include providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific training for intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division) and support integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems. Work will also include installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and C2WSPTT suites located at the 505th Communications Squadron, 505th Command and Control Wing. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and minimum of ten (10) years military operational and training experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years AOC AMD experience with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with TBMCS, GDSS, CAMPS, IBM PC/Client hardware Windows XP operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training scenario documents in support of the Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System Part Task Trainer (PTT) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) Programs as they pertain to the Air Mobility Division.
  • Support the production of AMD specific instruction materials for use in MQT and Continuation Training (CT) scenarios.
  • Coordinate with appropriate unit training managers to ensure MQT/CT products are tailored to meet applicable training requirements.
  • Provide on-site assistance to support scenario execution to approx. two (2) AMOS locations.
  • Weekly review of authoritative USAF Instructions (UI), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures to ensure training software files and programming update products support and comply with Air Force Doctrine.
  • Weekly review authoritative Joint Doctrine Publications to ensure training software files and programming update products support and comply with Joint Doctrine.
  • Develop daily, C2WSPTT databases and applicable software files in order to stimulate the production of a daily Air Battle Plan (ABP), Air Tasking Order (ATO), and Airspace Control Order (ACO).
  • Assist daily in the development and delivery of Air Operations Directives (AOD), ATOs, and other operationally oriented software file and programming update products to support the teams and cells assigned to a typical AOC Air Mobility Division.
  • Utilize Theater Battle Management Core (TBMCS) Theater Air Planner (TAP), Execution Mission Re-planner (EMR), Execution Status (ESTAT), and Force Status (FSTAT) to create, plan, and maintain missions to support Air Mobility Division (AMD) AMD training to accurately reflect airlift and air refueling missions as utilized in conjunction with overall operational-level Air Component planning and execution (daily).
  • Utilize AMD-unique C2 systems, Global Decision Support System (GDSS) and consolidated air mobility systems (CAMPS) (daily).
  • Assist daily in the development of C2WSPTT, computer based, training scenarios for AMD mission types.
  • Assist daily in the development of a C2WSPTT master scenario training library.
