Experience in air import operations and understand the end-to-end shipment process.

Nice To Haves

Experience in dispatching truckloads, expedited trucks and LTL freight is preferred.
Experience working with AS/400 is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of German or Spanish is helpful, but not a must.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track daily air import shipments from arrival through final delivery.
Keep shipment status information up to date and proactively communicate delays to customers.
Prepare and send arrival notifications.
Ensure customer deadlines and service commitments are consistently met.
Coordinate terminal fee payments and verify customs clearance status.
Arrange and monitor final mile deliveries, including truckload, expedited and LTL shipments.
Follow up with airlines, carriers and transportation partners to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare shipment billing and support win/loss analysis.
Communicate daily with customers, customs brokers, airlines and transportation providers by phone and email.
