Requirements

  • 0–3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, and tracking).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with shippers, CBP, export carriers, and consignees.
  • Arrange and track pick-up and delivery.
  • Conduct cargo inspections upon receipt.
  • Issue export documentation.
  • File ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) entries.
  • Monitor and report KPIs.
  • Manage accounting (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable).
  • Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and local or long-haul transportation providers.
  • Issue delivery documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading).
  • Monitor and report KPIs.
  • Cross-check invoices and statements.
  • Communicate with export carriers to resolve CCAs or other discrepancies.
  • Complete and review CNS documentation for the MIA branch.
  • Provide back-up support for the team as requested.
