Requirements

0–3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, and tracking).
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with shippers, CBP, export carriers, and consignees.
Arrange and track pick-up and delivery.
Conduct cargo inspections upon receipt.
Issue export documentation.
File ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) entries.
Monitor and report KPIs.
Manage accounting (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable).
Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and local or long-haul transportation providers.
Issue delivery documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading).
Monitor and report KPIs.
Cross-check invoices and statements.
Communicate with export carriers to resolve CCAs or other discrepancies.
Complete and review CNS documentation for the MIA branch.
Provide back-up support for the team as requested.
