About The Position

Nesco Resource is looking for a dedicated air filter assembler to join the team of one of our clients in the Oxford area. This position involves assembling, testing, packing, and loading air cleaners and replacement parts. The role requires attention to quality, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a clean work environment. A key task includes using a hammer to insert cardboard cores into paper filtrations.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of basic assembly procedures.
• Must be able to work effectively independently.
• Standing for extended periods with moderate repetitive lifting and bending.
• Ability to work in an organized, clean, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and able to follow procedures for making quality products.
• Has experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, pack, and load air cleaners and replacement parts.
• Inspect quality and notify the team leader if discrepancies occur.
• Complete daily production slips and include all required information.
• Maintain inter-departmental stock control.
• Keep the work area clean and organized daily.
• Use a hammer to put cardboard cores into paper filtrations.
