About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth. Assemblers are responsible for building and assembling air filters. The Customs Dept is responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure). This is an entry-level position with full training provided for motivated individuals.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom air filters based on specifications
• Handle materials and support production processes
• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
• Assemble air filters according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and handle production materials
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
