About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters for residential and commercial applications. We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Air Filter Assemblers to join our 1st Shift production team in Bloomsburg, PA. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Responsibilities

• Assemble air filters and filter components according to production requirements
• Follow work instructions and production orders
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work cooperatively with team members and production leadership
