Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service – both internal/external whether verbal or email.
  • Prepare Air Export shipments by working closely with Vendors, immediate counterparts in the Air Export Department, Air Gateway, and region.
  • Schedule pickups from Shippers both verbally or email, obtaining correct paperwork to export, reviewing, and perfecting, US Export Compliance, managing email traffic within a timely manner and ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in Customer SOP.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with our customers, both USA / Internationally.
  • Meeting customer service standards.
  • Dispatching and overseeing all customer pickups.
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Support with courier shipments through 3rd party portals for GAM customer.
  • Responsible for daily updating and monitoring of various reporting tools and work board.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system, On-going commitment to quality and data integrity.
  • Assist the Air Export manager, supervisors and leads with various Excel data logging and document creations.
  • Constant self-development.
  • Understand department process flow and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.
