Requirements
- With or without prior experience
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills
Responsibilities
- Operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, include data & sales/costs entry
- Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
- Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
- Generate shipment Debit Note
- Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
- Make shipment booking with airlines
- Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Export & Brokerage
- Monthly Close Lot Air Export
- Understand, apply and enforce all rules and regulations applicable to the job and compliant with all parties involved TSA, KSMS, ACE, D/G all as needed
- Assist and support sales and customer service with free hand and routed shipments
- Any other assignments from the management if needed
