About The Position

Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting ductwork, removing dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensuring proper system functionality. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks. Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay. These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.

Requirements

Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime
Experience using hand tools
Valid, US driver's license
Clean driving record
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs
Willingness to learn other technician roles and assisting when needed
Must be at least 19 years of age to drive a company vehicle
Drug screening (minus THC), motor vehicle record check and criminal background check will be performed on all new hires

Nice To Haves

Power tools preferred, but will train
Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
