As an Air Duct Technician, you will be the face of the company's commitment to indoor air quality and home efficiency, playing a vital role in the installation department to ensure every home serviced is clean, safe, and running at peak performance.
Requirements
- High integrity and a drive to be better today than you were yesterday.
- Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with teammates and customers.
- A valid driver’s license with an insurable record is required.
- Candidates must also pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
- The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
- Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
Nice To Haves
- Previous duct cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Expertly seal central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems using Aeroseal technology.
- Assist with shop duties, including receiving parts, organizing inventory, and keeping our fleet "truck-ready."
- Build rapport with homeowners, ensuring they are satisfied and excited about the services we provide.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Install Manager and Coordinator to ensure seamless job execution.
