At US Environmental Rental Company, our clients not only expect our equipment to be in optimal working condition, but they also rely on our help in selecting the appropriate equipment based on their needs as well as technical support throughout their rentals. Therefore, our technicians must be motivated problem-solvers that are detailed-oriented, focused and knowledgeable. To achieve this, our technicians must be enthusiastic to learn every aspect of our business, including applications and software, while possessing an element of customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based software

Nice To Haves

• Experience with environmental technology and/or small electronics.
• Enthusiasm to learn about environmental technology and its applications.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and accessories, then package per appropriate manufacturers' specifications.
• Ensure that all re-chargeable batteries are being put on charge in a timely manner, and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Calibrate and/or perform diagnostics for all assigned equipment within 24 hours after it has been returned from rental.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding damages that may have occurred during rental.
• Prepare equipment for new rental orders according to standard procedures. This also includes packing equipment, preparing packing lists and calibration reports and appropriate paperwork.
• Provide technical support and training including pre-order advice to clients via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.
