About The Position

New Horizon Academy is seeking an Aide for its Toddler and Pre-K classrooms. The role involves working with children and helping inspire, encourage, and celebrate their love of learning. Aides work in equipped classrooms and receive support from knowledgeable staff. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position and satisfy applicable state department guidelines.
• Satisfy the applicant background study required by state regulations.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Have the physical abilities to perform required job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Have a positive work ethic and a passion for working with children.

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare experience.
• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field of work.
