About The Position
A 69-year-old female suffering from COPD is returning home after a 7-week hospitalization. Her condition has led to deconditioning, and she is eager to regain her strength to walk with a walker as she did before. She is seeking a compassionate caregiver who can provide culturally competent care and work collaboratively towards the goal of recovery. This involves assisting her with appropriate exercises and range of motion (ROM) activities to help her get back on her feet.
Requirements
- Must be compassionate.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen test.
- Must be able to speak Pilipino/Tagalog.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally competent care.
- Assist with exercises and range of motion (ROM) activities.
- Support the client in regaining strength and mobility.
- Help the client achieve the goal of walking with a walker.
