Requirements

• Deep expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.
• Exceptional eye for design principles, understanding why a layout converts (hierarchy, contrast ratios, motion timing).
• Ability to build functional wireframes and prototypes quickly using Figma.
• Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models (e.g., Veo 3, Kling, Runway Gen-4) with a clear perspective on their use cases and future landscape.
• Exceptional prompt engineering skills across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis, including token weighting, negative prompting, LoRA fine-tuning, and style anchoring.
• Fluent understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines, including their limitations and how to build production workflows around them.
• Ability to work US hours (EST, CST, or PST).

Responsibilities

• Produce performance video ads at scale for platforms like Meta and AppLovin.
• Constantly test new generative video tools, identify effective ones, and integrate them into a production system.
• Develop creative systems and produce video content proactively.
