About The Position

MWDN is seeking an AI Video Creator (AI Filmmaker) for an innovative, Israel-based startup that is developing a mobile-first app for micro dramas. These short, scripted series are designed for smartphones, similar to TikTok with episodes lasting 1 to 1.5 minutes. The project has strong investor support and is in the early development stage, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking entertainment product. The role requires a blend of AI video/content creation experience or film/video production/digital storytelling skills combined with AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in AI video/content creation or film, video production, or digital storytelling combined with AI tools
• Strong experience with generative AI tools for content creation, including: AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika or similar), AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or similar), Audio or sound generation tools
• Proven ability to produce finished AI video content
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual structure
• Ability to work independently without step-by-step instructions
• Experience delivering complete AI-driven creative projects
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Portfolio with relevant work (required): Strong personal creative projects using AI tools, 1-5 minute AI video or experimental film in portfolio, Instagram profile with updated videos, Explanation of what was your responsibility in the video creation

Nice To Haves

• Premiere Pro knowledge and experience
• Experience with AI audio/music tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Udio, Suno)
• Background in film production, advertising, media, or digital content creation
• A "hacker" mentality - someone who loves testing new tools the day they drop.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video scenes and sequences (including projects up to 5+ minutes)
• Translate scripts into visual content using generative AI tools
• Combine image, video, and sound generation into coherent scenes
• Develop visual storytelling based on creative direction
• Work independently on assigned creative tasks
• Contribute to improving AI production workflows
• Collaborate with senior creative leads and follow production standards
