About The Position

We are building the next generation of Spatial Media, a new way people experience videos through interaction, multi-user presence, haptics, AI, and immersive storytelling. DeoVR is the leading immersive streaming technology serving multiple enterprise customers and millions of users globally. We are expanding the boundaries of what video can be, moving from passive watching to active, interactive, multi-user journeys. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, AI tooling, and storytelling. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling video assets that align with product, marketing, and platform needs across VR and immersive environments. You are not just creating videos; you are building a new production paradigm where AI is a core part of the creative pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video content creation, motion design, filmmaking, or digital media production
• Proven portfolio of high-quality AI-generated video content (not just experiments - finished, polished output)
• Deep hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora/Veo, Pika, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
• Understanding of cinematography principles - composition, lighting, motion, color grading - applied to AI generation
• Ability to write precise, effective prompts and develop systematic workflows, not one-off generations
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and high bar for visual quality
• Fluency in English (B2+)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with VR or 360° content formats
• Background in traditional video production, animation, or VFX

Responsibilities

• Produce AI-generated video content end-to-end: concepting, prompting, generation, post-processing, and delivery
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, LoRA fine-tunes, and reusable production workflows
• Work with tools across the full generative stack (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams to align content with campaign goals and platform aesthetics
• Define and uphold quality standards for AI-generated output - consistency, realism, and visual coherence
• Stay current with the fast-evolving AI video landscape and bring new tools and techniques into the workflow
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, A/B results, and platform performance data
