About The Position

Foundation is an AI Visibility marketing agency that partners with some of the world's most respected brands, including Bitly, Procore, and more. We help B2B tech and SaaS companies show up where it matters. We build the AI visibility that turns LLM-driven discovery into pipeline. We are hiring a full-time AI Transformation Specialist to run the operational layer of our AI-Native program: reviewing the builds the team ships, running adoption sessions, maintaining our measurement system, and keeping our documentation current. Requirements

  • 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or enablement role, ideally in a content, marketing, or B2B services environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, ClickUp Brain, or similar).
  • Strong written communication. Can write clear review notes, run a confident 1:1, and synthesize analytics into a short memo.
  • Operational discipline. Works through queues without dropping items, follows up on action items, keeps documentation current.
  • Strong attention to detail and a real quality bar for review work.
  • Curious about how people learn new tools and what unblocks adoption.
  • Comfortable saying "I need to escalate this" rather than guessing at strategic calls.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity early on as the role shapes itself.
  • Energized by enabling others, not by being the most technical person in the room.
  • Disciplined about documentation as you go, not as a separate afterthought.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if you've built AirOps workflows, custom skills, or prompts.
  • Experience running training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive at a working level.
  • Background in marketing, content, or B2B services.
  • Basic data literacy. Comfortable pulling and reading platform analytics.

Responsibilities

  • First-tier review of AI Builds Catalog submissions: quality checks, deduplication, simple approvals, and escalation of complex or strategic cases.
  • Run Phase 1 (Setup verification) and Phase 2 (Mindset shift) of the AI Adoption 1:1 onboarding program for new hires and existing team members.
  • Maintain the People Roster: track each team member's maturity stage, update after 1:1s, flag stalled adopters for follow-up.
  • Pull and synthesize monthly Claude analytics: identify power users, stalled users, Champion candidates, and trends to surface to the Manager.
  • Operationally support Wired In Wednesdays and monthly Cloud Sessions: scheduling, materials, follow-up.
  • Keep SOPs, skills documentation, and process docs current as the program evolves.
  • Draft documentation, visualizations, and meeting follow-ups on request to free Manager capacity.
  • Light project management on AI-Native roadmap workstreams as assigned.
