About The Position

The AI Training & Enablement Consultant serves as the subject matter expert leading artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. Working closely with the firm’s central training team, this role designs curriculum, delivers live instruction, creates digital learning content, and guides attorneys, partners, and executive staff in effective and responsible AI use. The role drives practical workflow adoption across specialized legal AI platforms, particularly Harvey, and enterprise foundation models including Claude, OpenAI, and Grok. It includes developing tailored learning paths and instructional materials, delivering virtual and instructor-led training, publishing courses in Absorb LMS, and providing hands-on coaching for legal professionals and senior leadership. The position also educates employees on responsible AI practices, confidentiality, data privacy, and legal compliance, while establishing AI-use procedures and using attendance, utilization, and feedback data to improve training.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
At least 1 year of dedicated experience training professional end users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI, or experience working in a law firm or legal environment as an AI or legal technology consultant.
Practical understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern Learning Management Systems such as Absorb LMS.
Strong experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) residing in one of the approved states.
Exceptional presentation, public-speaking, and interactive facilitation skills.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive, high-value legal workflows.
High degree of professional polish, executive presence, and stakeholder empathy.
Self-directed, with initiative to establish adoption roadmaps and drive firm-wide engagement.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience configuring or training on Harvey AI in an active legal production environment.
Familiarity with legal workflows such as contract analysis, brief drafting, electronic discovery, legal research, and matter management.
Experience training executive leadership, law firm partners, or senior corporate counsel.
Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, client confidentiality protocols, and data protection standards in legal practice.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and administrative staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive instructional modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
Build, organize, and publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
Lead rollout, user adoption, and functional training for legal AI platforms, especially Harvey.
Train legal professionals in prompt engineering and optimization, context-window awareness, and token management.
Coach users on foundation models and tools including Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Grok.
Provide high-touch enablement and direct workflow support to firm partners and executive-level leadership.
Educate employees on responsible AI practices, confidentiality safeguards, data privacy guidelines, and ethical legal compliance.
Establish standard operating procedures and best-practice frameworks for AI use in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
Track training attendance, platform utilization, and user feedback to refine educational strategies.
