About The Position

TripleTen is seeking experienced AI Systems Engineering practitioners to help build a new program for experienced engineers transitioning into system architecture roles. This is a content authoring position where you will shape the program syllabus, produce lessons using AI-generated tools, and ensure the content is accurate, teachable, and relevant for experienced engineers. The ideal candidate is opinionated about systems engineering, can identify oversimplified or incorrect content, and is comfortable working within a structured production process with deadlines. The target audience is experienced engineers who will quickly recognize shallow content. The role is project-based, estimated to last 4-6 months, with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week. All resumes and CVs should be submitted in English.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real-world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer with depth in AI Systems Engineering.
  • Experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a real company (not just coursework or side projects).
  • Ability to explain the rationale behind decisions, not just the implementation.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content drafting and iteration.
  • Strong English proficiency (C1+), as content is for a US-based audience.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

  • Review and shape the existing syllabus draft, validating topic sequencing, flagging gaps or unrealistic scope, and ensuring content reflects production realities.
  • Define clear learning objectives per topic, focusing on what students should be able to do after each lesson.
  • Produce lessons using AI-gen tools, following content guidelines, and then review, fact-check, and fine-tune the output for technical accuracy.
  • Design hands-on projects and exercises that are realistic for working engineers studying 20 hours/week.
  • Write supporting content, including project instructions, rubrics, and reviewer guides.
  • Respond to LX designer feedback and iterate on content through a collaborative process.

Benefits

  • Milestone-based payments tied to deliverables
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours
  • A digital office using modern collaboration tools (Notion, Miro, Slack, Figma)
  • Professional trust and autonomy
  • The chance to see real impact through graduates landing jobs in tech
  • Join a diverse, international, and close-knit team
