About The Position

AI Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect The Opportunity: Work with innovators in the early stages of ideas, products, and platforms using emerging technology in the Physical AI domain to design and deliver solutions to Federal clients. Drive the vision and architectural direction, develop innovative design solutions to meet requirements, and implement engineering standards and best practices. Lead a multi-functional team and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Leads development of solutions to highly complex problems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with leading client-facing digital and technical engagements
  • Experience with the development and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including system testing and evaluation
  • Experience with the development and implementation of AI applications or Autonomous platforms
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to support client-based missions
  • Experience with enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, big data systems, and cloud architecture
  • Knowledge of full stack and object-oriented development using Java, C++, C#, or Python programming languages
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience with developing technical proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs
  • Knowledge of using SysML or UML for system or software architecture and model development
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Engineering

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
