In this position, you will partner closely with the sales team and our channel ecosystem to provide pre-sales technical consulting, upscale our channel capabilities, and support the growth of our enterprise and education business. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and relationship-building skills to guide customers and channel partners on their journey to choose the right technical architecture to achieve their goals. Through your passion for technology and capacity to connect, you will increase the adoption of Apple products with the goal of transforming the way people work, teach, and learn. We are Apple's Education customers’ trusted advisors on the Apple ecosystem and Apple platform adoption. We deeply understand our customers’ technical ambitions. We help remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform. We create new best practices and share them. We are conversant with Apple's integration solutions, deployments, and security considerations. A willingness to become an expert on iOS and mac OS is critical. We work collaboratively across Apple, our customers, channel, and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work. Help schools and institutions to change the way people work, teach, and learn. We work collaboratively across Apple, with our customers, our partners, and solutions providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software, and service solutions. Deeply understand our customers’ business and technical ambitions. We help remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform. We create new best practices and share them. Provide pre-sales technical support for educational institutions and enterprise opportunities — sharing status and progressing them through to closure. We are the voice of our customers and partners inside of Apple in order to share learnings and successes.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge in enterprise messaging, networking, collaboration, Wi-Fi, endpoint management solutions, and enterprise security technologies for iOS, macOS, and competing platforms
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience is mandatory
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct solution demos and proof of concepts effectively
  • Excellence in solution presales, enabling you to comprehend business requirements, expectations, and concerns
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition and Apple solutions to meet client needs
  • Experience in technical training and support for partners and end customers is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Apple’s App development lifecycle, from design to deployment, including Apple’s App development language and tools, as well as other mobile app development tools, would be a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of Apple’s Foundation Model and adapter fine-tuning would provide a competitive edge
  • Experience in machine learning, LLM models, and Apple MLX framework fine-tuning, along with the ability to host an OpenAI Compatible HTTP API Server, would be highly valuable
  • Knowledge of audio and video fundamentals and processing tools will be beneficial
  • Experience in the education sector would be an advantage
  • A degree holder is preferred
