NscaleHouston, NY

About The Position

Nscale's Supply Chain team is seeking an Order and Requisition Manager to direct the end-to-end procurement and delivery of critical AI infrastructure. This role will bridge the gap between design, sourcing/purchasing, and engineering on-site. This includes tracking hardware requisitions (servers, generators, racks, etc.) to ensure they arrive when needed without disrupting deployment timelines. This will also include quality checks and audits to ensure the delivered materials match the purchase orders and engineering specifications. You will partner with Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Suppliers/Vendors to ensure that all project-related materials are validated, ordered, tracked, and delivered in line with business requirements. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines operational discipline with strong commercial awareness, thrives in complexity, and can drive execution independently in a fast-moving environment.
