The opportunity We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring technical talent, and is passionate about delivering scalable AI solutions that drive business impact.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for microservices.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI agents, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Serve as a hands-on developer while guiding 1–2 Assistant Directors.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value agent use cases.
- Establish reusable frameworks and best practices across AI engineering projects.
- Embrace emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
- Lead with Insight and Analytical Rigor Apply complex problem-solving and critical thinking to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
