About The Position
FlowGen Labs is a frontier enterprise AI company building the zero-touch enterprise: context-aware agents that operate inside highly customized SAP environments at machine speed, grounded in each company’s ontology, live operational data, and operating procedures so complex workflows can run autonomously instead of relying on manual support teams. FlowGen is focused on turning legacy ERP from a system of record into an execution layer for finance and operations. Deployed at Fortune 500 companies across CPG, distribution, high tech, and oil and gas, FlowGen Labs brings together a frontier AI and SAP team from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI, and Amazon AGI Labs. You will own the business outcomes of FlowGen’s most important enterprise deployments. Working in close partnership with a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with customer finance, operations, and technology teams to understand how work actually gets done across complex SAP environments. You will identify the workflows where autonomous agents can create the most value, define what success looks like, align stakeholders, and lead the engagement from initial discovery through production adoption and expansion. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role. You will not deliver a strategy deck and move on. You will build trust with executives and frontline users, create structure from ambiguity, translate operational complexity into an executable deployment plan, and remain accountable until the system delivers measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving ability. You can enter an unfamiliar environment, ask incisive questions, identify the real constraint, and turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to distinguish an interesting AI use case from a workflow that will create material operational value.
- The ability to move comfortably between executive strategy and operational detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the credibility to challenge assumptions and align stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with messy enterprise data. Experience with SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or business intelligence tools is helpful.
- Practical fluency with AI systems and agentic workflows. You understand where probabilistic systems can create leverage, where deterministic controls are needed, and where human oversight remains essential.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP, enterprise finance, supply chain, procurement, order management, or other operational workflows is valuable but not required. You should be excited to develop deep expertise in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from the first discovery conversation through deployment, adoption, measurement, and expansion.
- Become deeply fluent in how customer workflows operate, including process steps, decisions, exceptions, controls, data sources, failure modes, and manual workarounds.
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage workflows based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, operational risk, and organizational readiness.
- Define measurable outcomes for each deployment, such as cycle-time reduction, touchless processing rate, error reduction, SLA attainment, working-capital improvement, and support-cost reduction.
- Lead working sessions with executives, process owners, SAP teams, IT, security, compliance, and frontline users.
- Identify expansion opportunities where FlowGen can automate adjacent workflows or deliver greater enterprise-wide value.
