About The Position

Emerald Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to build out solutions and features for our transformational AI Data Platform. This will entail a mixture of software and data engineering, agentic ai builds, and analytics. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly organized, and comfortable working independently with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI models and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years in AI engineering, data science, advanced analytics, or software engineering.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology platforms, preferably involving Azure, application development, and automation solutions
• Strong technical fluency, including hands‑on experience with: Microsoft Azure (Azure Government experience is a plus) TypeScript and Python SQL PowerShell
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, or blended)
• Ability to engage deeply with technical teams while clearly communicating with non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to build out solutions for the AI Data Platform
• Identify AI and modernization opportunities and integrate solutions into existing systems
• Focus on scalable solutions that are easy to maintain
