About The Position

Clearbridge Business Solutions is seeking an AI Specialist for a customer-facing role focused on solving real business problems using AI. This is a new role where you will own the AI enablement practice from day one. The position is fundamentally about people, involving understanding customer operations, identifying AI value, and guiding them through adoption. You will also be responsible for growing the cybersecurity offering within a tiered model. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance customer interactions and focus on business problem-solving rather than purely technical aspects.

Requirements

  • Natural communicator capable of leading discussions and explaining complex topics simply.
  • Ability to focus on business problems before recommending solutions.
  • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools in actual work.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and ability to discuss threat landscapes and risk controls with non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort in creating structure and process where none exists.
  • Customer-centric approach, measuring success by customer improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an MSP or professional services environment.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar).
  • Exposure to HIPAA or other regulated environments.
  • A track record of delivering training or enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals.
  • Explain AI and security concepts in plain language to non-technical audiences.
  • Run education sessions, including lunch and learns, office hours, and hands-on training.
  • Build trust and serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Own AI enablement engagements from discovery to implementation support and follow-through.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize customer engagement.
  • Develop an AI consulting playbook to ensure repeatable processes.
  • Manage the cybersecurity offering across all tiers, including dark-web monitoring and threat services.
  • Partner with service and development teams to integrate AI and security best practices.
  • Stay current with AI and security tooling advancements and apply them to customer solutions.
