About The Position

Leads the design, development, and launch of an AI innovation program by assessing organizational readiness and innovation culture, establishing operating models, and success metrics, and implementing innovation frameworks and best practices aligned with existing technology standards. Designs, develops, and deploys AI solutions that enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, gather requirements, prepare data, select, train, validate, and deploy AI models and applications. Develops roadmaps that prioritize impactful innovation initiatives while fostering knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and sustainable adoption across the organization. Continuously evaluates emerging AI technologies, research, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation and delivers measurable business value. This role is innovation and cultural change management first, collaboration with the teams implementing AI second.
