Responsibilities

• Help make AI work reliably for our customers.
• Take real-world business requirements — policies, processes, documents, and sometimes messy instructions — and turn them into clear instructions and configurations that our AI can understand and execute.
• Learn how a customer wants something to work and translate it into clear instructions for AI.
• Write and refine prompts, rules, and configurations that guide AI behavior.
• Test your work thoroughly, including edge cases and unusual scenarios.
• Investigate when AI does something unexpected, figure out why, and improve it.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Configure AI agents for things like document analysis, classification, compliance, and procurement workflows.
• Build reusable templates and approaches that help us solve similar problems faster.
• Share what you’re learning with our product and engineering teams to make Levelpath better.
