About The Position
As an AI Builder, you'll be the speed and execution engine of the team. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and then help turn successful prototypes into scalable production systems. This isn't an opportunity to simply maintain existing systems. You'll be building new AI solutions, experimenting with emerging technology, working directly with clients, and helping define what's possible. If you're someone who gets excited about the latest AI tools, builds rather than just talks about AI, moves quickly from idea → prototype → production, enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, and wants exposure to major enterprise clients and to be at the forefront of practical AI adoption, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot
- Generative AI & Agentic AI
- RAG architectures
- AI agents & workflow automation
- Prompt engineering
- Full-stack development
- Python
- React / Next.js
- APIs and integrations
- LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI
- Experience building in enterprise environments
- Comfortable explaining AI solutions directly to business stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience including FHIR / HL7, Claims workflows, Clinical operations, Revenue cycle management, HIPAA, GxP
Responsibilities
- Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly
- Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool
- Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI coding tools
- Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration
- Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering
- Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions
- Partner directly with stakeholders to discover and define problems, not simply take requirements
- Demonstrate working solutions regularly and incorporate feedback quickly
- Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining delivery momentum
