About The Position

The Contract AI Solutions/Digital Transformation Specialist will support Cristcot in its growth by helping business units identify opportunities to automate business processes across all functions including Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Administration. This role requires exceptional partnering skills, critical and innovative thinking, and ability to translate technological terms to lay terms and train users. The primary goal is to move the organization from "AI curious" to "AI native" by operationalizing ChatGPT Enterprise and building specialized, high-impact workflows. This position will also require all processes follow GXP FDA guidance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; BS/BA highly preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical and/or highly regulated life science
  • Mastery of Python and experience with API integrations (REST, JSON).
  • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
  • Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and regulatory data standards like HL7 or FHIR.
  • Proven experience configuring and managing ChatGPT Enterprise environments, including workspace security and administrative controls.
  • The ability to translate "AI-speak" into tangible business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead workshops for scientists and executives on advanced prompt engineering and the effective use of ChatGPT Enterprise.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end automations using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Microsoft Power Automate to connect LLMs with internal pharma data sources.
  • Automating the sifting of scientific literature for new targets.
  • Building agents to assist in drafting reports or clinical trial documentation.
  • Automating content generation for marketing and Medical Affairs.
  • Ensuring all AI solutions comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy standards by implementing robust security and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Developing internal "GPTs" or agents that have secure, authenticated access to proprietary clinical and molecular databases.
